The Oz endorsement woke up some Trump supporters to what some of us have been warning about for awhile. Trump is totally, utterly out of touch on these kind of issues, surrounded by inept, corrupt advisors. Personnel was his weakness in office, and the problem is getting worse.

His SCOTUS judges have a whole lot to be desired also!! I have to say I am surprised by Gorsuch he was the one I was worried about and YET has turned out to be the best of the 3!! Kavanaugh was NOT WORTH the God awful fight to seat him, we definitely could have done a hell of a lot better!! Kavanaugh had his nose so far up Roberts ass it is disgusting, he is like a frat boy begging for approval!!

Understood. But I think we need to keep trying. But my faith is not in politicians. But Trump accomplishe more and did more of what he said he would do than any politician in my lifetime, despite the unbelievable headwind he was facing.
I voted libertarian in that election, Ed Clrk I think was his name, then Reagan and all R’s after that.

I have wondered about some of the back-stabbers too. Like Omarosa and Scaramucci.
I think Trump maybe hires on reputation, with the idea that he can always fire them. Then, like with Jeff Sessions, who would have thought that Sessions would be a milquetoast???
Plus, Trump does not pick his battles very well. His personality sucks sometimes, but I would vote for him in a minute.
I do not know if Trump is getting bad advise recommending he endorse Oz, or if Trump asked and got no advice and just has his own opinion.
We do know Trump’s WH administration had many bad advisors, some of whom left early and some who left later, but all were chosen by Trump.

If I were DeSantis I would not take a VP job. I’d run for the Senate instead, and then maybe later seek a POTUS run. I think DeSantis can still do good for Florida, and the GOP in Florida, representing Florida and not being Trump’s second fiddle.
