I believe Congress has successfully blocked any FOI attempts to release info on who has received compensation from Congress’s sexual assault victim slush fund. I believe Congress is not subject to FOI laws like the Executive Branch is.

Yes Scarborough was under investigation for the death of his intern Lori Klausutis in his Pensacola, FL district congressional office early in 2001.
