That one has been buried down a particularly deep rabbit hole. Reportedly, The Honorable Rep Condit needed to have a male member of Congress use his member to do to Condit what they have been doing to the rest of America to get Condit “warmed up” and able to engage in comparatively normal sex with women. Guess that qualifies Condit as an honorary tax payer.
I remember when this happened seeing Jim Robinson on local TV, San Francisco channel, protesting Condit and giving a short interview.
