Picture proves NOTHING. Doesn’t really look like him to me. Too blurry, but one can see the hairline is thicker in the front. George H.W. Bush had thin hair at front and on top, even then. Lots of people look similar in shadow/blurry/silhouette photos.
Seems conspiracy is rife among “conservative” minds sometimes...
