One would hope that such is not the case here and a mistake like this would be a third deviation exception.
When MN or MPLs passed a lock up all handgun law when your gun store business was closed. It was decades ago so I could be off a bit.
A group of gang bangers came in right a closing at one store then proceed to just to shoot the staff.
Then took all the guns they wanted.
So one can say innocents were killed once again by so called do gooders gun control laws
Our range has cameras everywhere. We had an Antifa/BLM nutcase show up and start trouble then accuse one of the staff members of assault. Nope, we had it on video and they wound up getting Red Flagged.
I remember a gun shop in Little Rock Arkansas fifty four years ago. Becoming acquainted with the owner, he showed me under his suit coat he always had a revolver at the ready, and he had to pull it once.
Near here several years back, a pawn shop owner used his and her hidden firearms to thwart a robbery.
Situational awareness is very important.
So it was obama sons....again.
Nice..l but VERY ISOLATED.
Oh, federal agents are on the case. I expect this case to be wrapped up by — never. They may try to blame some “insurrectionists.”
You are assuming the camera was wifi connected and not a stand alone system in a rural area.
A safer bet is that it was someone familiar to them and knew there was inadequate security.
Either way . I hope the local cops can solve this.
LOL. That was exactly my question. 😀😆😃😄
No, I’m assuming they had a plain ol’ telephone land line and a modem dedicated to the camera system, the minimum spec for the desired function. No disrespect to the departed intended.
...and not placing any bets on who it might have been either, considering the times we live in. Coulda been any kind of criminals, any kind of terrorists, or coulda been any kind of “Cops”.
You don’t even need that much.
A tablet or smartphone (even without any service) is capable of running a “closed circuit” security system.
Cameras are connected to the tablets (local) wi-fi and video is stored directly on the tablet.
Kind of like how a baby monitor works.
Wonder if they had security cameras?.
No video but the element is in the area. This gun store/range is/nw of town a tad off the beaten track. It’s all alone on that stretch of road.
Probably had been cased and targeted as easy pickings.
That event occurred pretty far from Atlanta.
50 miles south. I used Atlanta as a reference point.
Sad to hear this. Friggin criminals are the worst.
