Will Smith may be the biggest male box office draw in Hollywood. Comedy, drama or action film he can and has done it all — a modern day ‘Burt Reynolds’. And I think he’s going to fade quickly just as Burt did. In ten years he’ll be “that guy that used to be married to Jada Pinkett.” He’ll eventually be radioactive to casting directors working on major scripts.
Quentin Tarantino will hire him.
It was hardly an insult—GI Jane was an early “female empowerment” movie with a beautiful lead actress. And Jada had done far worse to her own husband very publicly.

Yes, he would. But I think I saw recently that Quentin may not make any more movies. He think his body of work is ‘complete’ and his artistic sensibilities are telling him to hang it up.
The disappointment is that Chris Rock held back and didn’t even use a great memorable joke.

The punk ass Will Smith wanted to make himself look like a hero to the thug culture. He just made himself look like a spoiled baby instead. I got to hand it to Chris Rock, he handled it like a mature adult. Good for him.
