“Sabotage?”

Nah, just lazy mechanics not using the right tools or lacked proper training.....seen it more times than I care to remember.

Coulda been worse I guess. I’ve seen forklift drivers stab their forks in a jet fuselage on 5 or 6 occasions.....to this day I’m still trying to figure out how the hell that could happen.

It is a very common accident. I once worked for a company that produced a special repair kit designed to make a quick and easy patch for exactly that accident.

When I was a teenager, in the early 70’s, I worked part time for a shipping company transfer warehouse.

Accidents happened all the time with forks too high, too low, too wide, etc............
