Anyone still interested in the Fast and Furious franchise gets what they deserve: Another Vin Diesel lesson on color-blind racial brotherhood, another chain of mindless action sequences
(Excerpt) Read more at nationalreview.com ...
Even National Review points out in its first paragraph the “racial brotherhood”. Let me spell that out: white people need not apply to this brotherhood.
Vin Diesel (the hero) is proudly Hispanic as well as his cool Hispanic friends and family. His cool fast and furious car driving team are black, hot Hispanic girls , Asian and one skinny nerdy but skillful white mechanic. Meanwhile the series created an evil brother who killed Diesels wonderful cool Hispanic father, which is why Diesel is the way he is. The never before revealed brother is (surprise!!!) half white but looks completely white. So this evil white paternal murdering brother has to leave the family and over the years becomes a super secret evil all powerful gangster teamed up with an ultra wealthy European young white man. Their goal is to take control of a global dominating energy weapon and take ALL the money and fast and furious cars (I guess). Nearly all of their murderous henchmen are looking very white (with a token black tough guy thrown in rarely).
These mostly white henchmen are then given their just deserts in scene after scene by punching, blowing up, smashing their fast and furious cars into cliffs and exploding in fireballs. The 110 pound hot Hispanic girls get in their fair share of karate chops, kicks on 215 pound “Nordic” (thats how Diesels brother was described) punks that send them flying through the air for 10 even 20 feet. Plenty of shooting as well.
I can’t tell you how it ended as I became disgusted and turned it off. This occurred when the Diesel gang was attacked by a horde of white thugs in Japan (one would think a few thugs would be Asian in Japan).
I’m sorry if this appears overly pro-white , I would only say if you think I’m lying watch it. I would like to think I would also be unhappy if another race was so stereotyped .
“...mindless...” So branDUHn gets a cameo in the flick?
I’ve seen it, and yes, your take on it is bizarre and overwrought.
The movie, on its own merits, is garbage.
Fast and Furious movies are like the old joke about porn: why did they even bother pretending to make a plot. LOL
Bizarre? How so, what claims did I make that were fabricated or inaccurate?
Here is a clip of the Tokyo fight scene, notice the participants.
PS—this is my second attempt. Was my first blocked? Moderators if so why?
I can’t read any headlines about the Fast and Furious without thinking about the irony of how Paul Walker died.
Yes, he had so much to live for. He wasn’t even driving.
Can’t stand over-acting and scenes that are impossible irl (unless it is a sci-fi or a purposely rediculous movie like kill bill). Haven’t seen even one of his fast and furious movies.
The over-the-top anger, viciousness, and foul language cks to try just don’t appeal to me anymore, nor does watching some skinny woman 120,lbs beat the snot out of 20 weight lifters without even breaking a sweat, and movies where men are too stupid to even breathe and need women to do everything for them and handke, handle all crisis situations because the men are too, busy wetting themselves In fear.
meh, I’ll stick to classic, movies where the tough guys didn’t need a litany of profanities and demonic angry deeds to appear tough. They just quietly let their skills do the talking instead In The movies that is.
Also can’t stand the constant sermons from the left in New movies today informing me how racist I apparently am according to,them. Also, can’t stand the constant gay themes in movies today either. The new entertainment industry has driven me away from watching. Even commercials are so,bad these days that we record our shows now so that we don’t have to sit, through filthy commercials preaching their wokeness - if it weren’t for the fast forward button, and c,assiv movies, and a few non woke shows these days, we likely woild, just get rid of TV altogether
Well I think a lot of people say “big deal, it’s only a movie”. But movies and media shape people’s viewpoints and opinions.
Remember 2019-2020 and all of the BLM-ANTIFA violence. They were saying (and I think a majority of the young single mothered types really believe) that the US is systemically racist to whites who are also to blame. So how do they get these opinions? The answer is education and media (TV, movies, MSM) is another.
Which brings our circle of logic back to F9.
As someone else pointed out (I did not come up with this on my own) the current formula is to have a popular white actor as the lead, and pretty much every second level actor a minority. I saw this plain as day in a movie recently. I forget the name but it had that guy from Guardians of the Galaxy. Him and his family were just about the only white characters in the movie. The comic relief was black, the two unsung heroes were black (one female), and the kid genius who solves the mystery was black.
Or I should have said young people believe the system is systemically racist to favor whites, who are also to blame.
Like I said, I saw the movie. And yes, your race-obessesed take is very bizarre.
You need to let go of your hate. It is going to burn you up from the inside.
Man you are insulting me in a considerable way. You can’t defend your claim so you resort like a leftist to calling me a racist in so many words. Instead of defending my review as “bizarre” with examples and arguments you just repeat it.
Pathetic.
Just when and where did I insult, demean, belittle any person of color?
Give me an example. Just one.
My underlying point is to point out how the left is using racism against whites to create this myth of CRT. They are using movies like F9 and many, many others to do that. From that I’m the Racist/eaten up by hate?
Exactly, it’s as apparent as the nose on your face once a person has taken the MSM blinders off.
Yuptv today brainwashes.
Black, folks, actually have said that the riots they did were a “right” and a “form of artistic expression” which expresses their inner hurt. Theymhave been taught that they have a,right to lash out violently, then claim that it is an “artistic expression “ which they have ever right to,perform because white man is so racist that even violence agaisnmtrhem is justified.
White, folks of course are too, afraid,to,confront that lie and arrest the criminals who,did the damage, so,this jusy reinforced their claim, that they are justifiably above the law.
We have just lived through a near catastrophic breakdown in justice. Thrmelft have made darn sure that black folks are not held accountable for their violent acts anymore except In rare cases. The system is so,afraid of more roots that now, they don’t even bother investigating seriously cats of extreme violence and destruction.
Th3 movies are pushing the lie that black folks are not accpjmtible for their actions any longer too, which is another reason i,don’t watch them.
So white actors can’t convey an anti-white message? Have you seen the movie?
The heroine in the movie is a brown illegal immigrant who the only decent white fellow in the quirky wacky dysfunctional family actually SLITS HIS OWN THROAT FOR so he can leave her his personal fortune.
That’s any easy one.
Good grief even left leaning Time Magazine called it the most subversive movie of the year.

Or this one that looks at its biased political messages to the far left:
https://www.nationalreview.com/2019/12/movie-review-knives-out-woke-white-left-annihilation-fantasy/
Again folks this is not attacking people of color this is pointing out the unfair portrayal of the white conservative majority (well traditionally) in this country. See the difference?
National review called it a “white annihilation fantasy” in their title. Is that clear enough and did you catch that?
I've never seen the movie and simply asked you a question. Now that you've outed yourself as a snarky asshole, I really don't care what you have to say.
And I gave up on National RINO Review years ago.
