:: He would just be prohibited from running for re-election in 2024 ::

Since we are indulging in wild speculation...

Can the 22Am actually stop O’Bungles from \campaigning\ to be elected for President?

Does the 22nd force States to not include him on the ballot?
What if they do and cite State election law?
What if he campaigns and wins?
Count every vote, ya’know.

The founding fathers did not consider the ascendancy of someone who hates the Constitution and desires to render it null.

I agree.

If O’Bungles were to somehow weasel his way back into the presidency via either the appointed VP route or via Speaker of the House, he find someway to either campaign/run for re-election despite the 22nd Amendment or by using his renewed powers as POTUS make himself President for Life and never peacefully relinquish the Presidency if he somehow makes it back into power as POTUS!

However these scenarios of Obama either becoming an appointed VP or POTUS via Presidential succession cannot happen without GOP House/Senate support.

While Obama can be elected Speaker by the DimRat majority, he cannot ascend to the Presidency unless Biden leaves office (death, voluntarily or forced out) AND Heels Up Harris either also leaves office around the same time as Biden or declines the presidency (it’s doubtful Harris would voluntarily pass up her one and only shot at the Presidential pie - even for Zero)!

In the likely event Biden would fight removal from office:

Removal by impeachment requires 2/3 super majority vote of conviction by the Senate.

Removal via the 25th Amendment requires 2/3 vote of both the House and Senate.

These scenarios require significant GOP Support (17 Senators + 70+ in the House if via 25th amendment).

If Harris were to become POTUS and she were to appoint/nominate Obama as VP, it would take a simple majority of both the House and Senate to confirm him as VP. With the Senate being 50-50, at least on GOP Senator would be needed to confirm him as VP. If by some miracle NO GOP Senator voted to confirm him as VP his nomination would be blocked. Since Harris would be POTUS she can no longer cast tie breaking votes in the Senate in this scenario.
