CUE THE HOSTILE TAKEOVER!!!
~~~~~~~~
aha! Musk is no longer beholden to the 19.5% ownership ban on board members.
BUY AWAY, Elon!
+++!!!
Makes total sense to me. Trump is not a guy that is going to stand for incompetence and delays. If it’s screwed up, go to plan B and move on.
-——all going back——And there’s great precedent for that. During WW II and up thru Korea the Mexican contribution was to send labor crews here mostly to help with farming. They were supposed to be seasonal but a bunch of stragglers tried to stay. I saw that locally. That didn’t impress Ike and he made a project all thru the 50’s to round them up and send them back. And he did, in fact, get most of them. We can do it again. And remember they all have cell phones now so they’re easier to find. MAGA.
Board Members are "Insiders" and hence very restricted on their trading/accumulation of a stock. Musk has all the power he needs as a shareholder, including potentially the power to replace all or part of the Board.
Officers, including CEO, work for the Board. So if he puts in a new slate of Directors, he can then fire any/all of the Officers.
Joe Biden’s inflation is taxing Americans so heavily it’s forcing retired Americans to go back to work because they can’t afford not to.
Was this Operation Wetback?
It's not common knowledge, but the 1/31/2000 Alaska Airlines Flt. 261 crash (88 fatalities) was due to chemtrail chemicals repeatedly, that is, over many weeks of the same route, saturating the jackscrew grease, causing the elevator controls to seize.
Alaska Airlines was made whole via taxpayer dollars.
No. That's the same cover since 1979.
awww...too bad..
Elon Musk, by joining the Board of Directors was capped at 9.2% of all shares.
He declines and he can purchase as much as he wants...along with any other billionaires who might have interest.
That is the “hostile takeover”.
Trump may not be in or choose to be a silent partner.
This is Musk’s baby.
I think TS survives simply because it has been established as an outlet for several important players: Nunes, Scavino; Kash Patel. EasySt, and the spooky @Q.
All of these will also have a twitter account, except @Q.
Because, we must “look to Twitter...”
55 / 5:5?
Why is it only Democrats? Hmmm.
From the article:
“
Zack details the role Mike Pompeo played in the coverup of ItalyGate, and how General Flynn ignored the evidence pointing to Italy and a shadow government steal.
“
Pompeo covered up Italygate?
Was Italygate ever shown to be credible?
Short answer is yes but I didn’t want to use the phrase-—sensitive, you know. Might make a Mod cranky?
I just tested positive for COVID-19. It’s been mild and I’m grateful for the protection being fully vaxxed and boosted provides. I’ll follow CDC guidance and for now will carry on with the work of the FCC at home. If you haven’t yet, please get vaccinated.
No, per the link you posted,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alaska_Airlines_Flight_261
the part failure was due to not enough grease:
“
The thread failure was caused by excessive wear resulting from Alaska Airlines’ insufficient lubrication of the jackscrew assembly.”
That means he is no longer bound to the agreed limit of how much twit stock he would purchase.
