I did exactly the same thing (except for Vit A). My 84-year-old mother with horrible COPD and I (with plenty of co-morbidities) both got through Delta in two days. Now we’re enjoying our long-term, natural immunity.

Got through covid just fine myself with nary a sniffle. I never wore a slave mask unless I absolutely was compelled to and never practiced social distancing. Commuted into Manhattan on public transportation on regular basis.
