No worries! We ‘vent’ about a lot of things over here, LOL!

I heard about the ‘purge’ at Ravelry and there were a number of discussions about it on FR as a whole, through the years. I’ve never belonged to any Fiber Arts sites, but I like to look for ideas on them.

We started this thread in the off-season to gardening, and the fact that I love to win Blue Ribbons in crochet at my little County Fair. ;) (Big Fish, Tiny Pond!)

I am FAR from an expert, but I love to play with pattern and color, so crochet works well for me.

I design most of my sweaters using Elizabeth Zimmerman's techniques. Her book, "Knitting without tears" is wonderful. Right now, I'm making spiderman blankets for my 4 six-eight year old grandsons, almost done with the 3rd, one more to go. I have written out row-by-row instructions if anyone would like it.
