Quite the opposite!...
Some three decades ago a secretary where I worked (I’ve since retired) told me she had a gay brother. The brother left home and moved to Orlando so he could join the gay culture at Disney World. That was some 30 years ago. It looks like that culture has flourished.
I’m not saying that all gays are pedophiles, nor are all pedophiles gay, but the culture does seem to attract some of both. A lot of these workers must have risen in the ranks of the company, as well. The solution is simple: stay away. The world simply does not match the ratios the company is pushing.
So, this is nothing new. That being said the whole modern entertainment industry has always been very very gay\perv friendly. Read Charlie Chaplain's biography (even watch the made for TV movie!). He had a fondness for very young girls. He did marry at least two of them so that's something. Sad thing is parents basically threw their daughters at him! When I read it, it reminded me of the UK noble families who prostituted their daughters to Henry VIII. All noble families did it throughout time and everywhere to gain advantage. Up until the last 200 years females were a family commodity. (Maybe for some they still are! And in many cases you can substitute non-inheriting males for the females if that's what the sovereign wanted.) In those days it was all covered up better.
Back to the entertainment industry, in the past actors\actresses, singers (minstrels) were lower on the social scale then thieves, prostitutes and pickpockets. I think with a sober rational look at current behavior that's still pretty much true.

Appears Disney knows full well it employs criminal sexual deviants, and who they are. That being said, it seems logical to assume that Disney’s top executives are responsible for instituting and encouraging this practice, and thus are probably pedophiles, too.
Hence the reason Disney defends and promotes the gay agenda so vehemently. The people running the company are criminal sexual deviants.
