The US is planning to work with allies to assist in the transfer of Soviet-made tanks to Ukrainian forces, an unnamed US official told The New York Times.
It's the first time the US has helped deliver tanks to Ukraine since Russia invaded and comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy renewed his requests for the West to send tanks and planes.
In a late-night speech delivered earlier this week, Zelenskyy asked if the West was afraid of Russia given the "ping-pong" discussions about supplying Ukraine with weapons.
"So who runs the Euro-Atlantic community? Is it still Moscow because of intimidation?" Zelenskyy said, adding "it is impossible" to defend the besieged city of Mariupol "without a sufficient number of tanks, other armored vehicles, and, of course, aircraft."

Hmmm...There was just a story a few days ago about the large number of Russian tanks that have been captured (not destroyed) and that they’re being repainted to identify them as Ukrainian.
300 million there, 300 mil here, pretty soon it’s like real money while American citizens who have no dog in this fight get blasted with shortages, inflation and pedophiles running wild. Disgusting.

The bulk of the aid being send will not happen for a while and will be held up at a border until its is in the Admin’s interests to let it cross. Biden’s pay checks depend on this delay.

How else are you going to identify them? You can say “freedom fighters” but DNR is shorter.

There are a number of ways to identify the separatists.
Using your abbreviation just pushes an unaccepted term in the hopes that it becomes accepted.
