Easter was great! The meal was very good, and my guacamole was a hit. Kinda hard to mess up guacamole. How was your Easter?
Sweet! I love elephants. I have so many elephant pictures and statues, book ends, etc. I could open an elephant store.
I imagine that cleaned out any parasites you might have had and then some.
Yep...hard to mess up guac...just finding the good avocados. My cousins, in SoCal, had an avocado tree (along w/lemon and plum) tree, in their backyard. What a treat to just walk outside and pick however many you needed.
Our Easter was beautiful!
Good message (at church), wonderful meal, at DDs, and lots of running around and playing outside, with the entire gang.
We were pooped, when we got home, afterwards. A good pooped 😍

I’m honestly so sick of hearing the tick-tocks on Hunter’s laptop. Republicans have had this damned thing for a year now and done NOTHING. There is enough on there to put any normal person away for decades, but all we get are outrage and tick-tocks and “boy we’re gonna do something about this someday!”
Maybe they ignore it because most of the swamp creatures in Congress are guilty of worse?
It is nice being able to just pick your fruit off your tree. We had fruit trees when I was growing up. I used to climb into the apricot tree and eat while in the tree.

In a shocking move, mega-ice cream seller Baskin-Robbins has re-branded itself for 2022 — and neglected to include any obnoxious, in-your-face woke themes in its new marketing! No parade of rainbow creatures, no pant-suited feminist mascots, no underdogs bravely standing up to America’s racist, sexist, homophobic, bigoted, xenophobic system. There’s nary a victim nor a woke hero to be seen. It’s almost eerie.
Almost as inexcusably, the re-launched branding is relentlessly positive. The new campaign — the first in 20 years for the 77-year-old company — is called “Seize the Yay.” It focuses on celebrating the myriad joys of ordinary life. In a press release, Baskin-Robbins explains:
