The county will be aligned with Disney on the “if this is what you want you gotta pay for it” in the courts. The state will get the bill. Going through eminent domain will tie it up in court for another decade.
This isn’t the first time parts of Florida have tried to reign in Disney. Disney always wins. Disney is drastically more powerful than they used to be. Disney+ hit right before the lockdown. Any cash they lost on the theme parks has been more than made up for in subscriptions.
