Maybe they fear if they rest on their laurels, they’ll end up like the GOP in Colorado, or Nevada, or Pennsylvania, or Ohio, etc, etc. Maybe they recognize we are in an existential battle with an enemy that wants to destroy our civilization and that the old rules of civil politics no longer apply.
You guys flail around like the 3% of weirdos have a say. You want to jump up and down, and fight the same fight. Even though you just won.
Take the W. Tell your voters you listened and delivered.
Instead of getting worked up, go get a better marketing firm to get the message out. People like the message. But when you allow the opposition to create the message, you will fight uphill the entire time. The don’t say gay thing was a bumbled effort.
