Based on my very-limited knowledge of antenna sizes and wavelengths, I don’t think that would work that way.
It doesn’t take much energy to cause the blood to coagulate.
Just one part of the body, leg, arm, head, would be fatal.
One of graphene’s properties is that it absorbs microwave energy very well....................
