The 88-year-old, in a recent interview, asked a New York Times reporter, seemingly insinuating that today's culture prefers more gender-neutral terms. “What’s wrong with mother? What’s wrong with woman? Girl? I don’t like having that word taken away.”

“Sadly, I think that now young men are suffering from being labeled toxically masculine,” she explained, “because of this rise of anti-maleness.”
The actress was also candid about allegedly being sexually assaulted by powerful Hollywood executives in the past — all things that “happened to girls all the time” in those days.

I am so glad my daughters both found decent men. They are polar opposites: one is a cop and the other is a working artist. But their common trait is they respect and love my girls. They both are ambitious and way ahead of their peers on the “success” level.
I am glad they will be in good hands in their future.
There are a lot of good men. We just “hear” about the weak weirdos.

Well, far too many American “men” also fell for the fear porn and masking lies ... just too weak to fight back (because they’re afraid), I presume.

True- today’s men aint what they used to be
Man, bring back the memories. I went to a brand new school in the 2nd grade where the playground was crushed oyster shells.
A year later they had a real playground built and paved over the oyster shells for a parking lot.
Joan Collins was the definition of cougar before I had even heard the word.
A boy can’t even carry a pocket knife anymore. My Dad gave my my first knife when I was seven and I’ve carried one everywhere ever since, and used it when I needed to.
Treating fathers as paychecks instead of treating fathers as parents is the core reason for civilization’s decline.
More like treating government as the Father's paycheck ad eliminating Fathers is the core reason. That and skyrocketing taxes forcing moms into the workforce just to keep up.
Fathers could not be replaced by the government being a source of cash for the family without fathers being reduced to being a source of cash in the first place.
