This research had huge funding, only Hunter Biden (any connection to Joe Brandon? :P) was said to control about 2.4 billions USD, and he was not alone.
Naturally they worked on many possible targets and many tools to exterminate or weaken them :P
Accusations from Russia? Sounds like Putin, like Biden, would like to engage the US in war to take heat off of their failures.
Because Putin would put whatever information and biologics that were in those labs on TV to the whole world, to tell them what our deep state was doing over there.

Our original sin was to forgive Ishii who lead Detachment 731 in return for access to his depraved work product that would have horrified Mengele.
They claimed it was for defensive purposes and it probable was. But we would be far ahead as a nation today had we got all we could out of him, and then publicly executed him.
We sold our soul at that crossroads. Tragically enough, our perfidity cost men like Bud Mahurin dearly a few years later in the Korean war.
The Chinese knew we had Ishii and refused to either prosecute him or hand him over to the Russians for war crimes. Then they learned he was working on our side. In the squalor of war widespread diseases broke out in North Korea. Putting two and two together they guessed we were using Ishii’s weapons on them and pushed this hard.
Our pilots suffered insane oriental torture and abuse to get them to reveal this “truth”.
I do not have any reason to believe we were using bio warfare in Korea at all. But the compromises we make cast us in a very poor light.

It didn’t. That whole phase was done within a few years of Ukraine becoming independent, just like the nuclear containment work.
But the labs were not “decommissioned”, they were simply updated with US and European assistance to modern biosafety protocols, to guard against accidental leaks or thefts of biological samples. The worry at that time was that a pathogen could be released by negligence, or stolen by terrorists.
After that, there was some Western funding to those labs for research projects, under NGOs and other programs not related to the “non-proliferation” work. So that’s why the labs were still open 30 years later, because there was never any intention to close them in the first place. The West wanted to keep those Ukrainian scientists working in Ukrainian labs on civilian projects, rather than have them seeking work in other countries like Iran or North Korea.

If it’s TRUE it shouldn’t be posted? The hell, if it’s true not only should it be posted but the scum on our side that facilitated it should be stripped of citizenship and handed over to them. Two facts supporting this on our end are that Tularemia, indigenous to the US, was in inventory over there, and they had specific instructions to collect samples from Slavic ethnicities as part of the “research”.
If you look back over the actions of media, social media and government over the last two years and see what they are “walking back” now, it’ll give you an idea of how this horrid goat fornicating is going to unwind.
If we were talking Chemical Weapoms, there is a strong and advanced 3rd/4th Gen Russian CW ‘Order of Battle’, but their use would be localized.
But this BIO WEAPON thing is pretty stupid, as the type needed to immobilize and kill would have to be far more deadly than a mild CV-19, or it wouldn’t immobilize and kill an enemy Army fast enough.
For those who have followed this stuff at a cursory level over the past decades, Russia arguably has been the world’s most developed Bio Weapon leader. Russia does possess multiple bio weapons capable of killing everyone, but this is precisely the problem.

#1. Ukranian societal order has been destroyed.
#2. With societal order completely broken, Ukraine has no means of mass orderly “vaccination or “inoculation” ability (assuming there even was a “vaccine”).
#3. If Russia were to even use one of their truly deadly Bio Weapons, the troops they have on the ground in UA would likely die, as their LOC’s have been significantly interrupted or broken, or vastly slowed down.
#4. If a Bio Weapon was to be used by either side (for those who have bought into this more recent Kremlin wartime narrative), it would crush all foreign aid workers, Ukrainian, and Russian Armies, then quickly jump into the EU and the entire Black Sea region, then globally.
#5. If the most evil empire the world has ever seen (a narrative many so called conservatives believe to be America) were to release such a necessary rapid acting deadly Bio Weapon, ALL the above factors apply, as there would be no way to “vaccinate” the world fast enough.
#6. Unlike the very mild designer CV-19 virus global leftist conspired to create, a bio weapon capable of ending all enemy forces in UA would go global, and likely wipe out hundreds of millions in a truly abbreviated time frame.

From 1989 to 1991, NON-CIS (non Alma-Ata signatory) countries, almost entirely within the former Warsaw Pact countries, suddenly had a large number of previous CCCP biological and chemical lab and production sites, stretching from Estonia in the North, all the way to Bulgaria in the South.
I have personally seen a number of them.

There are hundreds of corporations which have tried to make use of predominantly Warsaw Pact CCCP sites. In some cases, there are even modern Russian companies involved on foreign soil.
Since then, some have been closed, while others have been sold or streamlined, or facilities entirely repurposed.
