maybe Mossad freelancers
IIRC Russia blew up a massive ammo depot in Ukraine a few months ago, before the invasion. It was said to be a drone strike at the time.

Russian media says it was a projectile.
The map on this Twitter page is not quite right because it shows two different areas of explosions. The one to the east is a residential neighborhood...unless the Ukes missed with one missile and blew up someone’s house.

I think it was posted as video of Russia hitting a Ukrainian target early in the war.
I don’t have a link or reference to substantiate that suspicion.
Belgorod has been hit before by Ukraine.
