Starting with an arrest would be a good thing - they can shoot him after a trial.
Putin could become and international hero (at least for a day or two) if his assassination teams could “off” that SOB, which would be hailed around the world as a major victory for mankind! Maybe they could manage to pull off a “two-fer” and nail Herr Schwab while they’re at it!
