It will be interesting to see when the latest fads start falling out of favor - all the ‘open concept’ gymnasium houses with their white-n-gray farmhouse chic will be mocked unmercifully.
And then everyone will go running off to spend half the value of the property to put up new walls, wood floors and bold color palettes. And wallpaper - bet your bitcoin, those house decorating jacklegs will bring back wallpapers.
Hate, hate, hate it. Hate stainless steel, too. It's too cold just to look at.
I am in Italy on holiday and it is interesting to see these 500 year old farm houses with an interior that looks straight out of Architectural Digest.
