Most houses over 50 years old have some level of asbestos in them. Floor tile, ceiling tile, insulation, duct insulation, drywall, and joint compound are the usual culprits.
This is mostly from early-mid seventies and later homes. Our home was built in 76, and didn’t have it, but some in our area do.
