Not sure what the driver was reaching for, I assume NYSP didn’t know either.
It takes a half second to shoot somebody,if that’s what the person question was intending to do.
Listen to the officer. He doesn’t want to kill you, but he also wants to go home himself.
I would have gotten out myself, if that is what the officer ordered me to do.
Later on in the video he tells someone nearbuy “yeah, he had a gun.”
Certainly looks like the car was moving when the shots were fired to me.. Don’t think this was simply “execution” by cop, looks like the perp was trying to flee again from what I saw, car appeared to be moving when shots were fired, and as you stated could have been reaching for something as well.
