I’m amazed South Africa isn’t starving to death. Last year, there were massive riots following the conviction of former president Jacob Zuma for certain crimes. These riots not only targeted stores, they targeted warehouses that supplied the stores. That could have put the entire country at risk of going hungry.

OK, I assumed your statement about "colonizers" and "colonized" inferred that the "colonized" were already there.

From what I know, the blacks who have subsequently taken over SA arrived after the whites, to work in gold/diamond mines, etc.
