I am doing so now.
Tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, lettuce, basil.
Not because of inflation - I do it every year.

But I can't help but wonder if the extreme slow delivery
of my Amazon gardening supplies orders is because
more people than normal are also doing so now.

Some items are so darn delayed that Sunday I did a
Home Depot run for some items that simply can no
longer wait.

Great that you’re starting your garden. I’m seeing the same thing too with many gardening supplies either very delayed or just not available anymore. I can’t find course grade vermiculite or a many gardening tools anymore.

I got a lot of seeds and am trying to get only heirloom so I can save seeds year to year....

I actually got some seeds on ebay....

this year, its cukes for fermenting, tomatoes, peppers, onions, beans, lettuce, and various zuchinni and squash....
