Otherwise known as “Throwing in the towel”.

They see the sand washing out from under their feet.

What a bunch of nitwits...

Even my good friend George Conway has speculated that this time things might be different.

What's going to be different this time is that a lot of us are going to realize that our "government" is willing to steal "elections" and then jail people who beat the Uniparty in rigged "elections".

They'll come for us next, so it would be wise to follow the sage advice of Nathan Bedford Forrest.

Politics makes people stupid, I see stupidity like this everywhere, literally everywhere there is political commentary and debate. Its only gotten worse. I may turn to religion.

“But years of experience prosecuting fraught political cases...”

This is pretty damning considering it’s coming from an admitted leftist lawfare warrior.

They can never cite a single statute that Trump has violated in a criminal case - they always just feels he's guilty of something because so much evidence of so much crimes so much so much that there's so much it's too much to tell you because its so much!

The most dangerous thing to the PTB is an honest man.

When you submit information for a loan, you state your estimate for the value of your assets. The bank also values your assets and decides if they want to give you the loan.

If a third party comes in and gives a different lower value, that is a meaningless idiocy that is of no concern or interest to anybody. It certainly doesn't point to a crime.

And Trump repaid the loans so any insinuation that a crime occurred is only some sweet candy to hand the kids who watch MSNBC or read The Atlantic.

Sharpiegate is particularly heinous. 90 days in jail for drawing on a weather map with a sharpie.

Chances of Trump being convicted are about the same as Clinton, Hunter, Fauci, etc.

"The Atlantic is waving the white flag here. "

It seems to be struggling with the concept of innocence.

So, Trump his entire life as a Democrat was idiolized by left wing nuts and given awards.

Then, he runs a a conservative and surprisingly governs for the most part as a conservative.

Suddenly, he is the biggest criminal ever. Tax evasion. Conspiring with Russia. Trying to get punishment for Biden illegal kick back scheme, Inspiring insurrection.

So, we now know he never evaded taxes-that was a lie. We now know that he never conspired with Russia, that was an operation of fake evidence and a lie to do political spying. Now, we discover that ‘evidence’ of planning Jan 6th riot was provided by employees of Bain capital—-Romney—-and they have zero evidence of any criminal claim.

Never has one person had so much fake evidence used against him, by so many
Powerful people and government institutions, with so many people looking for guilt, and finding absolutely NOTHING.

Yet, these same people still won’t say what is on Seth Rich’s laptop…..

Oh! Oh! The wise and wonderful reporters saving democracy at “The Atlantic” are holding back! Please Oh Please do tell, what crimes Trump has committed, even though we know in our own minds he is the nastiest criminal to ever been born, please repeat his crimes to the masses until every one knows and we can all save our democracy, and climate change too! Sonething or the other.

They mention three: 1. Real Estate pricing: to which I observe from experience. My tax assessor does not care a wit as to how much I think my home is worth; nor do they care what the bank or Zillo.com thinks its worth. Conincidentally, the bank doesn't much care what the assessor values the property at either. Every time I've gotten a loan with the house as collateral, I had to pay for an independent appraisal by someone the bank trusted. The assessed value, the collateral value, the asking price and offer price are Rarely if ever the same.

2. The 6th Amendment gives Donald Trump the right to an Attorney. That right is not moot because someone doesn't care for the advice said attorney has given.

3. The right to free speech and the supreme court precidents make any accusation about inciting violence on January 6th null and void.

Law schools and the lawyers they train have become a far greater threat to our Republic than anyone sitting in jail for alledged Jan 6th crimes.

I could not agree more.

And if you saw that sack of crap interviewed today for a seat on the Supreme Court, you would likely have braced yourself to keep from vomiting. It was absolutely disgusting to hear.

As well it should embolden His followers. He is, after all, proven innocent of charges again and again.
