They mention three: 1. Real Estate pricing: to which I observe from experience. My tax assessor does not care a wit as to how much I think my home is worth; nor do they care what the bank or Zillo.com thinks its worth. Conincidentally, the bank doesn't much care what the assessor values the property at either. Every time I've gotten a loan with the house as collateral, I had to pay for an independent appraisal by someone the bank trusted. The assessed value, the collateral value, the asking price and offer price are Rarely if ever the same.
2. The 6th Amendment gives Donald Trump the right to an Attorney. That right is not moot because someone doesn't care for the advice said attorney has given.
3. The right to free speech and the supreme court precidents make any accusation about inciting violence on January 6th null and void.
Law schools and the lawyers they train have become a far greater threat to our Republic than anyone sitting in jail for alledged Jan 6th crimes.
> “Law schools and the lawyers they train have become a far greater threat to our Republic than anyone sitting in jail for alledged Jan 6th crimes.”
I could not agree more.
And if you saw that sack of crap interviewed today for a seat on the Supreme Court, you would likely have braced yourself to keep from vomiting. It was absolutely disgusting to hear.
