Will Kentucky residents still need to have a ky permit to carry in Indiana? I frequently visit southern Indiana.
Is Kentucky carry only for Kentucky residents?
I have no idea. Sorry
“He also signed a redistricting map that needlessly gave District #1 to the Democrats.”
Are you insane.
A republican door to door campianger who worked Indiana District 1 from 1992-2014. It is a waste of time and resources but it did develop my skills at a door talking to party unaffiliated voters. If we worked over a neighborhood we might get a 5% shift. The margine is 15-25%.
District 1 is surburan chicago North of US30, and upper middle class commuters living in rural south of US 30.
The bigest federal item is extending a train line 11 miles from hammond to dyer indiana. Any other federal project is bailing out individual voter strongholds.

Indiana District 1 isn’t the Indiana Media environment. Is not indiana culturally, you cannot get a road side pork tenderloin anywhere. You ask the consituatants who their governor is and JB Pritzker is the answer.
Spending money on turning a seat is best spent on IN district 7.
Wrong. District 1 could have swapped some D areas for more rural areas with adjacent districts, making it a likely R seat.
I think so.
Trump lost the old Indiana-1 by only 8% and it is trending right.
2020 Pres: 45.0% Trump – 53.4% Biden
2016 Pres: 41.2% Trump – 53.0% Clinton
This article shows how Indiana-1 could be made A Republican district while keeping the adjacent districts Republican as well.

Democrats in NY, IL and other states were far more aggressive at eliminating Republican seats. Shame on the Indiana surrender monkeys.
