You're assuming they are doctors and not paid shills for the CDC. When the story broke in The Blaze about propagandists such as ABCCBSCNNFOXNBCNPRNYTWAPO taking money from the CDC to spread misinformation outside of advertisements, there were likely payments to individual to spread such CDC disinformation on social media as well.

I doubt many of the freeper Vax-pushing doctors’ authenticity. So much vehemence and so aggressive about ridiculing any dissent.
