The LAPD said a driver of a rented 2018 Tesla S-BLM performed a dangerous stunt near the intersection of Baxter and Alvarado streets around 12:10 a.m. The video shows the Tesla headed toward an intersection at a high rate of speed when it suddenly catches air and then comes down hard on its front wheels.
The vehicle then crashed into several trash cans and two parked cars, the LAPD said.
The driver of the Tesla abandoned the car and fled the scene.

That’s some kind of a prearranged event.
Saw the video earlier, no mention of it being stolen, which I’m sure it is. “Rented” would be fairly easy to track?
Another brilliant Tesla owner crashing his electric appliance.
Rented.
Rent this electric appliance and look cool for a day.
Oops! Miscalculated his calculations.
Who is that car registered to?
Telsas don’t grow on trees.
It’s not like walking away from a busted up car with roll up windows.
A friend of mine back in high school did something similar. The road leading up to a set of rail road tracks was level, but on the other side of the tracks the road went down and then leveled off. When we hit the level part of the road after the tracks (we flew through the air to get there) the car jumped around like a jack rabbit, throwing us around in the seat. This was before seat belts became mandatory. How he managed not to lose control and wreck still amazes me to this day.
He said, that was fun, let's do it again. I repied, FU. 🙂
“The vehicle then crashed into several trash cans and two parked cars”
Good way to get rid of the virtue signaling liberal icons.
Who rented it? They are responsible most likely.
“That’s some kind of a prearranged event.”
No kidding, with all those inner-city Amish waving their iFags around in anticipation.
I've got information on him: He sucks at math and physics. Where's my reward?
Full flight mode is still in beta, but is looking good so far
Interesting, they rented the car just to do the stunt. Probably used a fake driver’s license with a dead guy’s photo. But how did they pay? You could pay in cash in the old days, I don’t know if you still can.
Yesterday, a Tesla driver was harassing the Peoples’ Convoy by brakechecking trucks... they finally pinned him against the guardrail.
Understanding basic physics and then selecting the vehicle, speed and venue contours would go a long way to achieving success.
Trust me, I do know in this type of situation.
“A friend of mine back in high school...”
I plead the fifth...
No wings nor flaps.
Dyson fans don’t have those, neither did the old model x-34 landspeeders
