An Arab suspect who documented himself sexually harassing a Jewish girl was arrested at the Nablus Gate - 0404, Oct 5, 2021.
Following the publication in 0404 News about an Arab who documented himself sexually harassing a Jewish girl at the Nablus Jerusalem gate in front of the police, a 19-year-old suspect was arrested today, who uploaded a video with harsh sexual expression towards the young woman photographed by him at the Nablus Gate in East Jerusalem.
Last Saturday, a riot broke out near the Nablus gate during which police forces dispersed those present and prevented clashes.
The suspect committed the harassment in front of the police officers on the spot but was not arrested, following the publication the police began an investigation and now as stated the suspect has been arrested.
This morning, the young woman who was photographed by the suspect showed up and filed an orderly complaint with the police on the subject. The police said that “the Israel Police will continue to act to enforce the law throughout the social network.”
The chairman of Otzma, MK Itamar Ben Gvir, who asked the police to investigate the incident, responded: “I am glad that following my request to the police to investigate the incident and after convincing the young woman to file a complaint, they led to the attacker’s arrest, “Fast, so that an indictment can be filed within the period of his detention.”
