i don’t seem to suffer allergies anymore like i did as a kid- ragweed was terrible for me- but i outgrew it apparently- My mom used to grow lots of flowers- and I’d help weed them, and i don’t recall being bothered with allergies doing so- she was big on lilies too- and poppies-
Your food intolerances can be a form of allergic reaction. It’s not always nasal symptoms. I can elucidate if you’d like, but mine flare up as food issues, not asthma or sinus or skin issues.
