Your food intolerances can be a form of allergic reaction. It’s not always nasal symptoms. I can elucidate if you’d like, but mine flare up as food issues, not asthma or sinus or skin issues.

I do have asthma, and used to get attacks from pollen, but that seems tomhave gone away mostly. Now just exercise will trigger an attack.

If you don’t mind the question, do,you suffer muscle burning, weakness? I notice that this issue intensifies if I eat tomatoes, potatoes, (though I can alleviate it a bit with magnesium.) The burning muscle issue is like the muscles being tense and overworked to the point where they burn, like a lactic acid burning feeling that subsides when a person rests- mine is constant for some reason.

Reason I ask is because I noticed that going on a “caveman diet” of meat only basically, the muscle issue calms down a lot, but flares up when I eat pizza, to tomatoes etc- so likely like you say, it’s an allergic reaction maybe.

I can look it up, but thanks. I do a fair bit of research on different topics so I’m used to,it
