I get these runs of some kind of arrhythmia and have had them at least 20m yrs...they come and go and there is nothing specific that sets them off....I've have a Holter monitor 3 times but the arrhythmia was never caught so everybody thinks I'm a hyperchondriac....

sometimes its momentary and sometimes it lasts several hours...when I have them, I feel weak, a little spacy, and nervous...

Does that sound what you have?...

the only thing that helps is if I do breathing out thru a straw to reset my rhythm.

one doctor did tell me if I've had it this long its probably benign anyway...not much comfort lol....
