Seems to me that the casinos would each have several charging stations for patrons.
Since Covid, casinos don’t even give away 2 for 1 buffets to locals anymore and most buffets not even open yet.
And the very few ones that are start at 35 to 100.00 bucks.

They probably did charge up in Vegas. The problem is a full charge only gets you 200 miles and it's 270 miles from Vegas to LA. This station probably has Tesla Super Chargers which can charge for 200 miles in 15 minutes.
