ATLANTA - A fight over a bowling ball ends with one woman shot to death in southwest Atlanta, police say.
Officers responded shortly after 11:30 p.m. Thursday to reports of shots fired outside the Metro Fun Center at a shopping center on the 1900 block of Metropolitan Parkway.
Investigators say the night started as a celebration, but quickly turned into a fight that spilled into the parking lot.
"We will work this case through the night. We will find the person responsible," Woolfolk said. "You know who you are. Go ahead and turn yourself in. We assure you that we will bring you into custody."

I had a similar experience during my four years as an officer in the Army from 1975-79.
Some very good superiors, but way too many assholes who didn’t know what they were doing; including quite a few West Point graduates. I figured out real quick I wasn’t going to make it a career. Spent my last two years playing basketball for two hours per day at the Ft. Lewis base gym my two years when i was a Brigade EEO staff officer. Had great NCOs in the office, told the MSG to handle the operation, and that he could write his own efficiency report. Pretty much the same for the SSGs in the office. We got along great. 10 straight days off at Christmas without having to take leave.
My only question is why did it take 24 replies for Chuck E. Cheese to be mentioned.
Well it was 11:30 pm.
That’s a new one. The victim’s name was LaKevia.
I thought sure the Army would put my accounting degree to good use (since they paid for it) by putting me in Finance Corps. Instead, they put me in Air Defense Artillery. lol
It all worked out, my last job in Germany was Battalion S-4.
It must have been a BLUE BLASTER.
It’s those fiesty debutantes again.
So you spent time living in T-38s?
