How about we try taking out sugar, grains and anything artificial out of diets. How about we throw out Veganism and other dumb fad diets which work against our genetics. How about we try getting off the couch and stop watching Netflix 5 hours every night. How about we stop taking advice from idiots and government bureaucrats pushing big pharma poisons like Lipitor. How about we stop buying the lie of needing to feed 3 times a day and graze in between. How about we stop with the dumb fat acceptance nonsense. If you have a BMI over 30, eat and inflammatory diet of carbs, grains, factory farmed meat, artificial sweeteners, sugar and junk, don’t get your heart rate up and resistance train 3-5 times a week and lastly do things like retire at 65 to sit on the couch, you can with 85% certainty, not reach your 78th birthday, cancer or heart disease will get you...period. If are the other 15% you can be expected to and a burden on your savings account and your kids eventually.
I went gluten free (which is VERY EASY - DO NOT buy any ‘gluten free’ products they taste like sh*t - except for some cheese snacks)
Cutting out all wheat made a WORLD of difference. My joints stopped hurting, I no longer have severe heartburn, and my stomach deflated like a balloon.
Then I kind of evolved into a paleo/keto/Mediterranean diet. I lost a good 30 pounds and feel so much better.
If you don’t want to memorize all the rules, just stick to MEAT and VEGGIES for a month.
