That would be even nicer with a 429 SCJ under the hood but I would settle for a Coyote.

Do they mention what you do with the dead batteries?

As long as the energy density of batteries remains about 2% of the energy density of gasoline, battery powered cars remain expensive niche market toys. And getting that battery energy density anywhere near gasoline just isn’t going to happen. Thermodynamics and physical chemistry remain laws that Kongress and the greenie weenies can’t get rid of.

"Do they mention what you do with the dead batteries?"

I imagine the same thing you do with an empty gas tank.

Three problems: range, charging time, and US electric grid capacity.

My Cadillac does 200mph and goes 0-60- in 3.7 seconds has over 300 miles of range and only takes 5 minutes to fully recharge the fuel tank!!

“There have been electric cars for 120 years. They can’t solve the range problem..”

You can get 800 miles rang with two, 15 minute charges.

I'm thinking of getting a Mach-E, either Premier or California version.

But it driving itself? Ummm...nope.

“That would be even nicer with a 429 SCJ under the hood but I would settle for a Coyote.”

Cayote + Supercharger = 750 hp + 5 year warranty.

And 26 mpg on cruise control.

Are gas tanks made of 1000 lbs of deadly chemicals?

Gas stations are going to be a thing of the past, just like liveries/ stables.

Oh. You mean disposing of batteries and end of life.

That whole save the earth thang ain't why I'm interested in an EV. I'm wanting a little energy independence from big govt control freaks who are using energy polices to force us to tithe to their Greta priestess.
