I believe Ukraine was unable to get the Harpoons they wanted.
The Russian Navy has been landing troops and supplies in southern Ukraine almost unopposed. Their control of the Black Sea has been the deciding factor in this invasion. Ukraine desperately needs sophisticated stealthy drones armed with anti ship missiles. Very much doubt they will get any.
Hope the $350m package included anti ship missiles.

Should encourage Ukraine to negotiate in better faith.
Odessa is the key prize in this war.
Once Russia conquers it they will be ready to negotiate an end to the conflict.

True, unless they were delivered surreptitiously. Since this would not have been unanticipated, I suspect the Ukrainians will have available artillery in place to do whatever damage it can do.
I had to laugh this morning when I read Zelensky of Ukraine has demanded the RUSSIANS surrender.
I thought you said the Russians were defeated?
I didn’t say they are defeated. I said they haven’t won.
