There are like 100 million firearms owners in the US. That is a LOT of Predators. Also, I would not want to be a relative, by blood or marriage, to anyone who operates one. Or a Bernie voter living in a home once occupied by a gun owner. Then you have the usual gummit screwups, like mistaking a relief worker and his kids for terrorists. It will be a lot more complicated than just sending the drones out.
My point is, they know who to target.
