FWIW, the NFL, the NBA, the NHL, and MLB never had player mandates. They made the unvaxxed players lives hell, but there was never a league mandate.

Many major metros, including NYC, had vaxx loopholes for athletes (among others).
But is anyone else now really, really wondering what the sports leagues knew about the risk of adverse events and when they knew it...

I was thinking of the individual tournaments. I know for example, tennis tournaments like Aystralian Open, French Open required vaccination by players and golf I believe did too though many tournaments have dropped that requirement but many players are already vaccinated because of previous requirements. You’re right about major league players, but that’s a little different than individual tournaments.
