Being “Mr. Mom” isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
It has nothing to do with that. He never wanted to retire. He’ll be ready to retire when he is.
It’s funny when Jay Cutler retired, after working doggedly for decades, he wanted to not work and spend some time with his kids. His wife divorced him like he was a bum. He was never a good QB, but he to get where he was he worked a long time, and he actually made a lot of money. If he wants to not work, he earned it, he’s no bum.
I was going to comment that “home life” probably wasn’t work out the way he thought it might, but I like “Mr. Mom” better. :-)
His wife couldn’t take him moping around the house all day.
