Eager fashionistas got physical outside a Manhattan store as they vied for a spot in line to buy a hotly anticipated clothing collaboration between Burberry and Supreme, according to videos and witnesses.
One video posted early Thursday outside the Dover Street Market at 30th Street and Lexington Avenue shows tensions flaring among those in line waiting to snag the latest pricy wares from the British fashion brand and popular New York street wear label.
“I’m still standing right here,” one man yelled at another in line, the footage shows.
A second clip showed several men scrapping violently against a door as others in the lengthy line looked on.
“Supreme knew exactly what it was doing when they made this Burberry collaboration [first come first serve] in its stores,” one observer noted. “No better way to make the headlines.”

The new Burberry-Supreme mash-up unveiled Thursday features a $998 leather collar trenchcoat, a $598 down puffer jacket, a $298 denim trucker jacket, a $198 hooded sweatshirt, $198 jeans and $168 jean shorts, among other steep offerings. Some buyers scoop up the expensive items to resell them online at high profits.
On days the shop releases limited-edition clothes, the stakes are high for professional resellers - who stand to earn hundreds of dollars by being first to snap up the trendy threads, said Ahmad Mustafa, who makes a living that way.

The puffy shirt! Lol!
For about a hundred years they were known as a British outfit famous for their classic trench coat and unique plaid. I’ve owned two of them. Then a few years ago they veered off into “high fashion.”
Supreme, I've never heard of. Looks like gear for drug dealers, baby mama(s), welfare cheats, and general NAPAs.
What a shame that an established, clothing designer feels it's advantageous to partner with a goon label, but here we are...
Looks like Burberry decided to go ghetto. The stuff is probably manufactured in China with slave labor for pennies on the dollar.
They used to be known for their trench coats. I have one. They make other good stuff but these days they are all over the place. There was a street subculture in the UK known for wearing their stuff called Chavs some years ago.
I still have an “old” trench coat. Back when they were made for the trenches and they lasted forever. It’s almost 25 years old and you wouldn’t have any idea of it’s age by looking at it.
I got that one after my other one was about 20 years old.
This was back when good, classic stuff lasted.
It is now.
There was a time when Brooks Brothers only manufactured in the U.S., but that went by the wayside years ago and it's all crap.
I pretty much buy everything used/vintage off ebay.
When the usual suspects act badly it's never their fault.
Buncha Kansas City faggots.
