If I put anchovies in a dish and don’t tell people, they think it’s the greatest dish ever.
If I tell them beforehand, they don’t want it
I just checked the label and there are Anchovies in Worcestershire sauce. Fourth ingredient right after High Fructose Corn Syrup. *SMIRK* Now THERE is a taste combination everyone should love, LOL!
But, I already knew that. :)
What kind of dishes do you use them in?
Pasta Puttanesca is basically spaghetti with anchovies, capers and black olives. Smells awesome, tastes awesome, just don’t tell guests whats in it. I like to tell them after their second plate though.....
My wife loves Worcester sauce, but will NOT eat anchovies.
