A natural born citizen cannot have any external (national) claims upon his/her loyalty.
Even if born on US soil to 2 US citizens (naturalized), if one or both parents hold dual citizenship with a nation that extends citizenship (like Jamaice, mon), That child is not a natural born citizen.
Anyone who claims “dual citizenship” cannot be considered a natural born citizen.
