Colorado rainstorm

Note the double rainbow...a faint one just to the right.
From a childs dream! I could not imagine a more perfect rainstorm.

I once saw a circular rainbow - a total circle.
It appeared around us as our 6 man formation entered a cloud at 9,000 feet, ten of us were in freefall getting in the formation.
It truly was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen. The cloud lasted about four or five seconds.
Suddenly we exited the cloud and reality smacked us in the face. Going from white to reality and ground rush does smack you.
The cloud busting was unintentional. All of us didn’t care. We were so jazzed at that jump we talked about it for months.
