Shortly after being ordered into custody to begin serving 150 days in jail on Thursday, actor Jussie Smollett finally started to speak.

He was innocent, he said. He was not suicidal. Then the former “Empire” actor stood up at the defense table and began talking directly to Judge James Linn, something he’d declined to do before learning the sentence.

Oh well. Hopefully he dies of some sort of anal disease in prison before he’s released.

Get juicy, Jussie, because it will be a 150-day “love fest” with all the boyz formally from the hood.
It will be a pure pleasure trip. You’ll just love it.

Jussie, you’re not important enough for anybody to spend good money on a Hit Man, so Chill.

After that little outburst, he may be put in Solitary for a while. Jussie is going to try to rabble rouse, you know, like in a movie.

It was pointed out by the Judge, Smollett did himself in by commiting perjury from the beginning of his testimony to the end, just hours of non-stop perjury. He would have been far better off in not testifying.

Give it time and few episodes in the shower.

He's looking forward to it.

He should have gotten several years.

He should get whatever a convicted hate crime criminal would get. The both have the same motivation and should get the same judgment.

Hillary or another Derp Stater put him up to it.
Maybe, but I don't think the Clintons or their ilk give a rat's ass about this pole smoking primate, he's beneath their notice.

They said that the other pole smoking Primate(Obama) looked like a luggage boy, so there’s that.

The only tight grip that Smollett will have is his grip on the soap.

What exactly was he found guilty of?

Perjury. Extensive Perjury. Something the court really gets mad at.

Yes, even his shouts "I am innocent" are proven false because of the checks he wrote to his false abductors. If not protected by the law when the judge asked him if he had anything else to say, he would be toast.

He better be careful of what he says from here on out about the case lest he be dragged in for yet another Perjury case against him.

The court comes down like a ton of bricks over Perjury.

The judge should have considered every single lie to the court to be Perjury and sentenced him to the maximum consecutively for each one. This should have included every lie to a police officer (an officer of the court).

The judge should have cited each lie specifically and charged him time (consecutively) for each perjury. IMHO, he got off lightly and it is a shame that he did. He showed no remorse through his attorneys appeals and his final statements.

The trouble here is that folks who do this will likely do it again. And as the Judge said, another "Jussie".
