Here is PRC (Politically Repressive Canada), health care is universal (except when it isn’t). The Feds fund it, but each Province runs a separate Plan.

The Province of Quebec, the one that acts like its own country, basically dictating to Canada, what it wants (and gets from True-dolt, with a smirk and a wink), threatened to cancel the ‘universal’ health care coverage, for the ‘unvaxxed’, if they were hospitalized for ANY reason.
